Monash teams clean up the Green Impact Cup
The Green Impact Cup is a mid-program challenge within Green Impact that encourages participating teams from all active programs to complete as many sustainability actions as possible within the competition period.
This year saw Monash University teams dominate the Cup, winning first and second place!
For their efforts, these teams won not just bragging rights but some amazing prizes from our cup partners. Congratulations goes to the team from MGA Caulfield (featured above), who completed a massive 85 sustainability actions to win, and the Monash Student Association who came in second place with 65 actions.
MGA Caulfield started strong in the competition, finished top of the leaderboard after the first week, but an honourable mention goes to AUT’s Green Sprouts who topped the leaderboard at the end of week two.
Collectively 74 teams from 14 participating completed an impressive 864 sustainability actions in the Cup!
