Sharron has consistently volunteered and led several initiatives within the Green Impact program as part of the Green Library team. She leads knowledge sharing by writing internal blog posts to inform the large number of library staff at Griffith of ongoing sustainability events, actions and initiatives. She is actively involved in organising Library events, such as facilitating a number of book club reading events for Reconciliation Week. According to her team, last year, Sharron went “above the requirements” and implemented an installation of Tree Troff on Land for Wildlife on her property in Crows Nest, Queensland.
