Auckland University of Technology (AUT)
In conjunction with The Kin Staff Network and with support from the North Campus Grounds Team, Tim and Ji from Green13 organised a Tree Planting event at AUT’s North Campus. Tim and Ji sourced funding for 400 mānuka seedlings, fertiliser, soil and spades and put out a communication to all AUT staff inviting them to take part in the tree planting.
On a very sunny Saturday morning 30 AUT staff, whānau and friends arrived at North Campus to plant the mānuka seedlings with the 400 seedlings being planted in the area designated by the Grounds Team in just 2 hours!
